1. Return Policy
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All tags and original packaging must be intact
- The product must be in resalable condition
- A valid order ID or proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Innerwear, lingerie, or hygiene-related products
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or made-to-order products
3. Size & Fit Issues
- We recommend checking the size chart before ordering
- Returns for size issues are accepted, but exchange is preferred
- Return shipping charges may apply in case of size mismatch
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refund will be approved or rejected based on condition
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in case of:
- Wrong size
- Damaged product
- Incorrect item received
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share product images/videos as proof
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear images/videos
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
7. Return Shipping
- Customers bear return shipping charges unless the issue is from our side
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Use a trackable courier service for returns
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
